I tried to reproduce the bug, but the Grid was loaded correctly.
Are you sure you are including all the dependencies in their correct version?
I had to remove most of your application-specific beans because I don't have
the classes and resources, but any exception during the initialization might 
disrupt the grid creation. 
Please try to provide the full log of your execution and your pom file.
