Thanks Heiko.  I took a look and overall I really like the idea behind this page and the visual layout of the content.  The issues I noted are below from most severe to least severe, and I also attached a PDF with comments embedded so the comments can be seen in context of the element they are referring to.  I can turn these into new separate JIRAs if that would help.

1. The pagination jumps up and down the page vertically as you use it based on the length of the content of that page.  This makes the user "chase" the pagination rather than being able to leave their mouse in one place and click it without really looking at it to jump through multiple pages.

Possible solutions:
- have pagination at the top of the table as well
- Make the table fixed size and it will scroll vertically if there is more content than can fit, and whitespace at the bottom if there is less.  (not a visually pleasing option)
- Use a horizontal scroll bar to scroll through all of the hosts rather than pagination.  This means the table will automatically be loaded at the maximum length it requires. (SUGGESTED)


2. The page does not meet 508 compliance.  The table is not tagged appropriately for headers and content, the actions are not actionable in non-styled mode which screen readers use (disable CSS), and the layout of content in non-CSS view would likely not translate well.

3. The 'Stop Group, Start Group, Restart Group' functionality in the groups row headers are hidden and some users might miss this feature.  

Options:
- Always show options, but this adds a lot of clutter when they are not always needed
- Add an "Actions" icon or dropdown that allows users to hover over/click and choose these actions.  (SUGGESTED)

4. More likely that users will end up hovering over the server instance blocks and see the actions show up, but still a bit hidden.  

Suggestions:
- Maybe use the same "Actions" icon/dropdown as in the row header.

5. One column header has a star. What does this star mean?  It doesn't show up on every controller.  Is this the "master" or something?  A hover-over label of this star should be added for better understanding.

6. When a "Restart is required" (text from hover-over of an exclamation point icon) - why don't we have the Restart action rather than the stop action?
