The binding address can be configured by a binding spec which is defined by
 
   address[:]port
 
e.g.
 
   127.0.0.1:8675
 
The activator first looks for the binding spec at a framework property
 
   org.projectodd.stilts.stomplet.server
 
if not found, it looks for a service of type InetSocketAddress with a property 

   socketBinding=stilts
