Hi Shigeru,

I have tested the new version of 3.16 with all our PowerMock junits and the all pass and the times are reduced in line with what I expected.

Some examples :
72.078s to 10.093s
3.875s to 2.765s
5.156s to 2.641s
7.531s to 4.094s
44.938s to 8.922s
52.766s to 6.531s
