A common use case for the download by a first user is the need to cd into a/the bin directory to either
1)  start an instance
2)  explore the typical files of most downloads like the bin directory

It would be my request that the bundles directory either get renamed to something else..maybe package/s...exploring it the first directory is a org/(apache|jboss|osgi|...) kind of seems like a package...
