I used 
[domain at localhost:9999 /] /profile=full-ha/subsystem=modcluster:read-resource-description(recursive=true)
vs.
[domain at localhost:9999 /] /profile=full-ha/subsystem=modcluster:read-resource(recursive=true)

The read-resource operation gives me the same list as you posted but read-resource-description operation gives a bit more attributes, which looks strange. Shouldn't it be only detailed description of the same sets of attributes ?

Not sure if we need all of them, it depends what we want to manage through UI config IMO.

Yes I do use the latest master jboss-as SNAPSHOT, have updated yesterday
