The JBOSS_HOME/standalone/configuration/standalone-full-ha.xml that's shipped in 7.1.0.Final is out-of-date and is missing some important configurations around security, like missing ApplicationRealm configuration, unsecured remoting connector in remoting subsystem. The standalone-ha.xml and standalone-full.xml are fine. It's only this file which has the issue.
