Due to the AS7-2935 work, the admin console will no longer run on a slave Host Controller. I'm using AS7-3114 for tracking making config changes to allow the HTTP interface but no admin console. So this issue becomes a docs issue. I'm downgrading it to Minor so it shows up lower on my task list.
