OK, finally my slave host is registered with domain controller. I used unix base64 command for encoding my password :-< 
Using sun.misc.BASE64Encoder helped to encode correctly. 

So, back to the initial problem: My configured servers do not honor the autostart attribute. All servers are displayed with staus "red" in admin console! When starting a server with the admin console, I get a message: "Your request timed out" and nothing really happens. No message on the consoles.

At the moment I have a running host controller communicating with domain controller, but no instances starting up on slave. Automatically or using admin console ...
