When running in a process whose type is ProcessType.DOMAIN_SERVER, the read-resource-description handler should modify the metadata of any attribute whose AttributeAccess.getStorageType() is Storage.CONFIGURATION to report it as read-only.  The end user is not allowed to directly write this attribute; the attribute may be read-write for the user at the domain or host level, but it's not at the server level.
