I resolved this issue, opening pull request #63, but actually I figured out this is not only the issue of changing JVM settings at Server Configurations, but also for other CRUD operations done for multiple row entries displayed in the table...so once there is a table with more rows having different attributes, it will display always first row after reloading configurations. 
We might reuse this solution to cover this problem for others as well.
