For logging on HC, try with this file that goes in configuration folder. It should show more logging for HC.

As far as I could see from logs you attached, problem is somewhere on network as you can see in DC log that remote Channel is getting closed when command is trying to be send there.

Do you have any option to try on any other PC configuration?
