If JUL log level for org.jboss.arquillian.test.spi.TestEnricher is set to level fine, the ResourceEnricher will report the issue, but it won't fail the whole test. 

Failing on resource injection will be fixed in Arquillian Core as part of ARQ-480, not in AS7.

Not sure if this issue is open to track the Arq-Core change or to fix the deployment issue with the test.
