It's not on my short list at the moment, so it definitely won't make 5.4.0.Final :( For 5.5 I am considering it.

I 'll raise it's priority if either of these happen:
- Pull request is made that fixes it (should be save for all build-in move factories and preferably have a unit test for the SolutionDescriptor)
- 10+ commuter votes
- Red Hat customer asks for it

Either way, it will benefit from the build-in move factory improvements I am currently planning for 5.5.
