Ouch. I think we are getting hit by that stupid AntRun issue:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MANTRUN-172 - Properties passed to Maven as -D don't get passed to <ant> invocations when a profile sets the same property

I will verify today if that's the case, and if case, I'll apply a Maven hack I invented myself :)
