If a domain contains a dc, host1, host2 and the runtime server-instances are shown (default if start dc:9990
the first page is correct, if the host is changed by drop-down-list the view change correct.

After refresh the page and changed via the drop-down-list the view run funny.
It looks like that the view is 1 or 2 clicks behind the clicks in the list.
Also the headline ( Server status Host: h1) is out of sync with the view, the server instances that are displayed are from a different host.
