What have you done so far to narrow the problem down?  Have you tried it with different JSF applications?  Have you tried it on a different OS?

I do think we need to report this to Mojarra but we need to narrow it down as much as possible.  Unfortunately I can't be much help with that because I've been unable to reproduce the problem on my end.
