Description:
Implementation of total order multicast between a subset of cluster members, see [1] for details.
Contributed by the Cloud-TM project (Pedro Ruivo and Paolo Romano)
We may want to rename TOM to something else, as this is not really a multicast (in the sense that we're sending it to all cluster members), but more like an anycast (according to the definition used in JGroups)
