frank luo created JBRULES-3493:
----------------------------------
Summary: allow drools function shared by multiple rules in different file
Key: JBRULES-3493
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBRULES-3493
Project: Drools
Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public (Everyone can see)
Reporter: frank luo
Assignee: Mark Proctor
I googled really hard and couldn't find the answer, hence rising an issue.
For example, I have a function "formatDate" defined as a drools function and not as a java static method.
Then I have several rules, defined in different drools files, need to use the function. I have tried different options but couldn't get it to work. Basically it seems like a function defined in one of drl file is not visible to other drl files.
Is my understanding correct?
