Ok, so I am marking it as done. However, it doesn't get updated to align it with web.

There are three options:
a) do nothing
b) keep jasper-jdt but align it with the JDT version number
c) move to the full JDT (which would be nice, but the dl size will go up a bit - 3MB I believe to include jdt-core)
