well, as you can see I've narrowed the requirements in this jira to "last X errors", opposed to the much wider scoped AS7-1311.

The usage for cases when you don't have access to the host are:

- deployment failed, why? sometimes an MSC error messages would be desirable
- server restart failed, why? same as above
- [...] add your own

Basically anything that goes beyond the information that's returned in a DMR response.
