WSIntegrationProcessorJAXWS_EJB does not process @PermitAll annotation on EJB3 endpoint classes at all, resulting in denied access if no @RolesAllowed/@DeclareRoles provided.
Moreover, it erroneously mixes method and class @RolesAllowed annotations.
