This the first release of JBossTS since we moved to Maven. This release is broken as it depends on internal JBossTS artefacts that are not deployed to Nexus. We never noticed this in CI or dev as we always build AS7 on the same machine as we built JBossTS.

During CI, we now only install artefacts to the local .m2 repo that would be deployed to Nexus (JBTM-1307).
