This is the requested output from what should be a virgin 7.1.3.Final build.

Safari Version 6.0.1 (8536.26.14) on MacOS X 10.8.2.

Decoded password is Password12

Safari has the option to remember passwords, which is *not* used here. Having Safari remember the password reduces, but does not eliminate the problem.

If you look closely you will notice that it also forgets that my username is "steve" and prompts with "admin" or sometimes nothing at all.
