Not having much luck with the approach to remove the overlay from a DUP.undeploy() call. It might have to do with management operation nesting, which is not allowed AFAIK.

Perhaps we can pursue the route where the lifecycle of an overlay can be associated with that of the deployment, which would be cleaner anyway.
