Please don't abuse JIRA for questions. Members not finding each other is one of the most frequently asked questions, and the manual has steps to resolve this.
Also, you're not likely to get a question answered if you provide close to zero information (e.g. JGroups version, configuration, steps to reproduce, logs etc).
