Brian Stansberry resolved AS7-4851.
-----------------------------------

         Assignee: Stuart Douglas
    Fix Version/s: 7.1.2.Final (EAP)
       Resolution: Done

Resolving as I believe this is now out of date and was actually fixed in 7.1.2.Final. The behavior you reported was because the deployment scanner for deployments/ did its first scan after boot. Boot just told it to start scanning. Making that initial scan part of boot is something we added in 7.1.2.

> When starting an instance, it would be nice to have a logging message showing that the server has started with the applications in an amount of time. Not unlike the server boot time shown in the first screen shot.
