Shelly, I am assigning to you because I am a bit lost and I hope you'll fix it for me :)
* 7.1.3.Final is in Jira, but not tagged.
* For EAP, this is decided and changed to public as per your patch, but neither upstream/7.1 nor upstream/master have it applied.
* IIRC you said it's going to be applied?
Either case, I'm rather filing this not to let it fall through the cracks.
