Brian Stansberry commented on AS7-6953:
---------------------------------------
The CLI is a client tool. The admin console does not issue "CLI" commands. It uses the low-level management API.
I'm not sure, but if the intent is to output information that's useful in the CLI, that's a significantly greater scope than simply outputting the commands and responses in their raw form, or something close to it.
I suspect this is a duplicate issue.

> It would be nice if the console allowed to show the CLI comands being sent to the server, and the outcome.
> Ideally, it could show it in some toolbox at the bottom, but logging it to browser's JavaScript console is good as well.
> Note that catching HTTP requests doesn't help since the content is encoded.
