Unfortunately this is a blocker issue, not just a major one. I'd really like to see it fixed in 5.6
It would be great if someone experiencing this problem could run the debug code attached. It adds debug printouts to the ConcurrentNodeMemories class.
A version using a logger would be equivalent: the goal would be to extract a trace history of the memory cache actions.
