Oops, hit submit too early. I don't see a problem with using 1.3.0.Final or even 1.4.3.Final with JBoss AS 7.1.1.Final. Best solution would be to upgrade to WildFly or EAP for Java EE 6 :D, but using a newer version of the logmanager in JBoss AS 7.1.1.Final should work as well.
