Mark Proctor created DROOLS-227:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Dirty tracking to skip nodes and segments. Addresses performance issues for large rules, and large rule sharing.
                 Key: DROOLS-227
                 URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/DROOLS-227
             Project: Drools
          Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public (Everyone can see)
            Reporter: Mark Proctor
            Assignee: Mark Proctor

Dirty bit masks have been added, that track when a right input is dirty. The eval code has been updated, so that it can skip segments and nodes, if they are not dirty.
