I have uploaded new error documentation to ftp://ftp.ts.fujitsu.com/outgoing/JBoss-JCA16-ValidationException-2013-02-07.zip.
The documentation contains:
HelloWorld.ear    new ear-file without referneces to unknown BCLog classes
BC30X004JCA15.rar new version of BeanConnect JCA 1.5 Resource Adapter
BC30X004.rar      new version of BeanConnect JCA 1.6 Resource Adapter
JBoss-JCA16-ValidationException-Deployed.zip:
Zipped JBoss standalone and module directory with deployed JCA 1.6 resource adapter and ear file, configuration files and log files.
JBoss-JCA16-ValidationException-Deployed.zip:
Zipped JBoss standalone and module directory with deployed JCA 1.5 resource adapter and ear file, configuration files and log files.

Maybe you can see differences to your configuration which may explain the validation error.
I have a question to the file jboss-deployment-structure.xml. Is this file necessary and has it to describe also the dependencies?
I tried also without this file and I got the same results.
