The problem here is testTransformation_1_1_0_JBPAPP_9134 is bogus. It parses a config where 12 of the 20 generated operations are rejected during transformation (and thus not used by the test fixture in creating the legacy slave.) By pure luck the legacy slave boots anyway. But running the same partial list of ops on the reverse controller fails.

The test needs to use a config that's more narrowly targeted at testing the JBPAPP-9314 fix.
