Do RARs respect {{<module-name>}} declarations?  If so, it should probably log using that name to avoid things like Maven version #s in log categories.  Also I'd forego the ".rar" extension as it's just goofy and weird (and presumably there will be other ways to tell that the log message is RAR-related).
