The "installed-drivers" attribute registered by DataSourcesSubsystemRootDefinition doesn't appear to do anything. Perhaps it should only be registered if registerRuntimeOnly && ! deployed and then it can use InstalledDriversListOperationHandler.INSTANCE as the read-handler? If so, the AttributeDefinition should include addFlag(Flag.STORAGE_RUNTIME).
