This change is not committed to but the issue is raised to ensure it is considered.

Currently the default port is 9443, however issues have been raised that this quickly conflicts with servers running with port offsets once the default 8443 has 1000 added to it.

As the convention is often using a multiple of 100 as the offset the final two digits of each default port should be unique.
