On windows, if you deploy a web project with Eclipse/JBossTools/JBDS, once an html file has been accessed with a browser, the file is locked (by the wildfly java process). This prevents incremental deployment (change file + save + publish). See JBIDE-15203

This seriously hampers development on WildFly for 70% of our audience.
