The only point I'd make on the subject is that in it's current form Infinispan (5.3.x) is unusable as an on disk persistence store. Infinispan 6 is 500x faster for file cache persistence:

Our company is blocking use of WildFly as we wait for the issue to be resolved. My concern is that WildFly 9 will delay our use of WildFly for another year... which I don't want to do :)
