JavaEEDependencyProcessor adds the dependencies on

{code}
ModuleIdentifier.create("javax.enterprise.api"),
ModuleIdentifier.create("javax.enterprise.concurrent.api"),
{code}

whereas the ee module only adds 

{code}
<module name="javax.enterprise.api" export="true"/>
{code}

With a modular build this leads to module not found
