David, the RESTEasy team is currently in the process of preparing a release which is compatible with HV 5. Once that is out, I'll create PR which un-reverts the change from WFLY-471 and does the update the update to HV 5 and RE in one go. Farah is working in parallel on WFLY-529 which is about the integration of BV 1.1 and CDI.
