If you open the jbosstools runtime preference page, you'll see the list of detectors at the bottom half of the page. If you disable the JBoss AS detector, and the Drools detector is enabled, you will see that the discovered runtime is simply named "Lib", and then, after creation, it is named "Drools - lib". 

Fixing this is part of a cleanup for nested runtime detection.
