At the moment Guvnor creates an empty POM file before the user enters GAV details. If the User adds a new Rule resource to the KJAR before correcting the GAV details the incremental build fails, as demonstrated in the test. There are other solutions: e.g. force the user to follow a Wizard when creating a new project that prevents the KJAR structure, including POM, from being set-up unless the details are valid.. consider this "for discussion".
