The Servlet + EJBs app used to trial performance.

Upon receiving a get, the servlet does a jndi lookup for ejb1, which is then injected with ten ejb2s, each is injected with ten ejb3s, and so on. The strong number of resource injections should minimize the overhead of the first and raw jndi lookup.

My results, when using or not the changes in the PR, started around the 100k nanos and then went down till around 10k nanos.
