Arquillian test enrichers to be provided by adding them tho the client test  class path.

To support additional resource types like this

the generated arquillian-service deployment must have a dependency on the module that provides type Foo. Currently, the dependency list is hard coded.

The extension should however be able to define its respective dependencies.
