The {{jboss-logmanager}} dependency is getting brought into the client libraries, {{jboss-cli-client.jar}} and {{jboss-client.jar}}, from {{remoting-jmx}} and {{hornetq-journal}}. There could be other places where the logmanager has the incorrect scope so those should be sorted out as well.
