Ok, it was indeed a bug, but only marginally related to @timestamp. It is fixed and will be part of 5.6.
The fix is here : https://github.com/sotty/drools/commit/ff1b69e239f61f50ef104e45a699d5f2cc65eea1
Otherwise, the problem is related to the use of declared windows, you can probably work it around temporarily
by using the windows in the accumulates directly
