I've created a series of tests (Arquillian/Maven based) that test various aspects of JASPIC. See https://github.com/arjantijms/jaspic-capabilities-test and arjan-tijms.blogspot.com/2013/08/testing-jaspic-implementations-using.html

GlassFish 4 passes nearly everything (only request wrapping doesn't work there due to a small bug), but on JBoss EAP 6.1 (via WebJASPIAuthenticator) there are a quite a number of cases that don't pass.

Maybe these tests can be of help to you.
