Currently, we're running udp, tcp, udp-flush and tcp-flush tests, so effectively we're running the udp and tcp tests twice; once without and once with FLUSH.
To reduce the time to run the testsuite, create a new test group "flush" and move all tests that are about FLUSH to it. Use SHARED_LOOPBACK as transport, so we're not dependent on either udp or tcp.
