There are a few minor issues which have to be fixed to achieve TCK 7 compliance, wrt EE Concurrency (JSR 236):

- TransactionSetupProvider and ContextHandle implementations, which are plugged into the JSR 236 RI, need to support serialization.
- The "Other EE Setup Actions", which include the CachedConnectionManagerSetupAction, need to be added to the invocation context setup for proper transaction aware JCA
- Prevention of transaction (and enlisted resources) leaks, through rollback of any started transaction left open.
